Crispy French Fries

I am really sorry for not being in the blog for the past couple of weeks. There were strong reasons for that too. I will discuss it later. Today I am going to tell you about preparation of crispy french fries.I purchased a French- fry cutter from an exhibition for Rs.140/-and I tried to make that extra-crispy French fries that is available in the hotels and fast food shops. Once I purchased potato wedges ready- to- cook from a “birla more” shop and when I cooked it.,it was awesome crispy. This time I tried it with my new potato cutter and I got the same perfect potatoe wedges. But when I cooked it, it was soggy and full of oil.I just dumped it in the garbage box. There was no other way. This time I made a research on crispy French fries and I got an honorary Doctorate in the field.Now check this -out....
Take potatoe and cut it in perfect shapes using cutter or anything like that. Refrigerate the same for an hour or so. Then use a clean cotton and wipe out that extra moisture. Add some salt and mix gently by using a spoon. Take oil in a frying pan (for deep fry) and when oil is immensely heat put your potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes&keep it aside.After 2 minutes fry it again for 1 minute .Place it in the tissue papers to dry the oil .Your French fries are ready to eat .Serve hot.yummy..............
